RE: After upgrade to 8.5.3 UP2, I can no longer administer Traveler using the web interface.

Don't go back. You get into the mixed DB schema version and code issues that Detlev ran into. For things like this (where users sync, but you can't admin them), just stay on the UP2 release and let us resolve that issue. Going backwards just causes more issues in most cases.

Domino Access Services (in the server document or web site document depending on which you are using) needs to have TravelerAdmin in the list. If you have it in the list already, we have seen some cases where the OSGi servlet container wasn't honoring it but restarting Domino resolved that.

After that, you need to open a PMR.
